Book your slot and receive an intake form.
Your consultation takes place over video so we can actually see each other and, if needed, so I can observe your technique with a device in real time. Whether your session is focused on questions, routine review, or a live device training, it is a real conversation — not a scripted appointment.
Depending on what you booked and what you need, we will use our time to go through your skincare questions in depth, review your current routine and products together, walk through your specific skin concerns, or do a live device training where I observe and correct your technique as you use it for the first time properly. You set the agenda — we make sure we cover what actually matters to you.
After every consultation, I email you a written summary of everything we discussed and any recommendations I made. That way you are not trying to remember everything we covered — you have it in writing, in your inbox, to refer back to whenever you need it.

The Process
After booking, you will receive a short intake form to complete before your appointment. It covers the questions you want answered, your current products, and your treatment history. This means we come to your consultation already prepared no time wasted getting up to speed on the basics.
